Yesterday, a prayer we have been praying for a very long time was answered and it came up our driveway on four brand new wheels.
For years we have struggled with vehicles. Unreliable. Too small. Never quite enough for a family our size. Every school run, every medical appointment, every court date and therapy session and grocery collection has been a logistical challenge we have quietly carried for longer than we care to admit. Yesterday, our long-time friends and supporters at Treated Timber Products pulled up the driveway with a brand new Toyota Avanza 7-seater.
There are moments in this work where you feel so deeply seen and so deeply cared for that words genuinely fail you. This is one of those moments. This vehicle will change the daily life of every child in our home, practically, immediately, and in ways that ripple out into every single thing we do.
